DCA Background
DCA has been present in Afghanistan since 1988, focusing its interventions to herders and pastoralists communities’ resilience and enabling them to achieve long-term, inclusive and equitable development. DCA is currently implementing several livestock development and humanitarian programs in 28 Provinces of Afghanistan.

General Position Summary
Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting the Operations Department in the activities of the administration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure logistical support/office needs are supplied to provincial office.
Assisting Procurement Officer in carrying out all functions necessary for the satisfactory and timely purchase and supply of equipment, materials & supplies ensuring DCA purchasing and supply policies are given full consideration and that all procurement guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Ensure proper use of procurement paperwork including Purchase Request, Request for Quotations, Purchase Order, Bid Analysis, Goods Received Note and Payment Request.
Requesting of stationery for office and keep a proper record of it.
Procure approved goods and services; ensure delivery, inventory, and distribution adhere to DCA procedures and Policies.
1Make sure that the goods are safe and secure at the store.
Facilitating and planning the space needed for storing incoming goods.
Make sure that the asset tag # is released and paste to eligible items.
Make sure that inventory database is properly handled and the reports are accurate and reliable.
Monitor all stocked items condition.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and submit it on time to Procurement department.
Organize the personal receipt files and remove property records from employees who leave.
Any other tasks required/given by the line managers.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management / business administration
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in Procurement/operation positions
