Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

• Responsible for overall BHC team management, reporting, planning OPD sessions and leading other team members (midwife, nurses, and vaccinator) as per their job description;
• Make sure that all planned primary health care as per BPHS, reproductive health services, and other project interventions are executed;
• Maintain required quality of care in terms of providing healthcare services to patients (consultation, diagnosis, treatment, referral) and health education;
• Make sure that all health team healthcare services are delivered according to current medical practices, national guidelines/treatment protocols;
• Responsible for making sure that project resources are utilised correctly in the field, quality of service delivery and data entry is maintained by all team members
• Ensuring close working coordination is maintained with local communities/stakeholders/elders;
• Responsible for regular updates and data entry of daily OPD/consultation in different HMIS/reporting tools/formats/registers according to MoPH/project needs and scope of work. 
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor,

• MD from a recognized university accepted by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan;
• Confirmation of exit exam completion;
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience as a medical doctor in BHC;
• Experience with the HMIS reporting system;
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving and writing activities reports in the English language.
