WOD (WADAN ORGANIZATION FOR DEVELOPMENT) has been founded in 2017 as a social, non-governmental, non-political & non-profitable organization, operate to secure and serve the most destitute and war-torn inhabitant of Afghanistan. WOD is mainly considered to render community development, education, empowerment, emergency assistance, health and hygiene, agriculture development, legal and advocacy services in Afghanistan.

WOD is to deploy best possible initiatives, methodologies and technology to achieve social development, change attitudes, sensitize citizens, and to promote social driven change.

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintenance of all HR and financial records in a filing system and updating then when needed
  • Arrangement and scheduling of seminars, workshops, trainings and meetings.
  • Preparing job descriptions in coordination with line managers
  • Preparing HR forms and process personal employment documents
  • Preparing staff personal files
  • Prepare and maintain inventory list of all office assets.
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly activity reports to program manager.
  • Prepare ID cards for all staff.
  • Data gathering, classifying, maintaining, and reporting.
  • Organization and making inventories of office equipment
  • Close liaising with staff in other departments and assisting the live
  • Preparation of Project cost estimation, direct and indirect cost, bill of managers in implementing procedures and policies.
  • Arranging of field staff’s travels for project activities and accommodation;
  • Recruiting staff which includes creating & developing job descriptions base of HR rules, providing support in preparing advertisements,
  • Screening application forms, short-listing the candidates, interviewing & selecting them.
  • Planning and delivering training occasionally, including induction programs for new hires.
  • In coordination with CAO revise project staff Job Descriptions as needed and provide regular staff performance appraisal.
  • To ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, practices and ways of working.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business management, and or social sciences, economics,
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the relevant field
  • Report writing and training skills
  • Profeciency and computer and internet 
  • Fluency in verbal and written in local language 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
