Zaviyar Trading Company operates in trading, market development and product distribution. The company works with manufacturers and suppliers to introduce their products into the Afghan market and develop sales and distribution networks across Afghanistan.

Job Purpose

The Order Booker / Sales Agent will be responsible for visiting shops, retailers, wholesalers and potential customers, introducing company products, generating sales, registering customers and recording orders through the company's mobile application.

 Key Responsibilities

·         Regularly visit assigned shops, retailers, wholesalers and potential business customers.

·         Introduce Zaviyar Trading Company and its available products to new and existing customers.

·         Generate sales and collect customer orders through the company's mobile application.

·         Register new customers and accurately enter their information into the application.

·         Explain product features, prices, promotional offers and availability to customers.

·         Persuade potential customers to purchase products and convert leads into active customers.

·         Build and maintain strong professional relationships with shopkeepers and business customers.

·         Follow assigned routes, territories and daily field-visit plans.

·         Follow up on orders, customer inquiries and complaints.

·         Report market demand, competitor activities, customer feedback and new business opportunities.

·         Coordinate with the Sales Manager and relevant departments regarding orders and deliveries.

·         Work toward achieving assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

·         Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in the market.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·         Number of shops visited per day.

·         Number of new customers registered.

·         Number and value of successful and approved orders.

·         Achievement of assigned sales targets.

·         Accuracy of orders entered into the mobile application.

·         Conversion rate of potential customers into active customers.

·         Customer retention and follow-up performance.

·         Quality and timeliness of market reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

·         Minimum Education: 12th Grade / High School Certificate.

·         Preferred Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Sales Management or a related field will be considered a strong advantage.

·         Candidates with strong and proven sales experience may be considered even if they have only completed 12th grade.

·         Previous experience in sales, order booking, field marketing or customer acquisition is preferred.

·         Mobile Application Skills: Ability to operate a smartphone and use mobile applications is essential. Candidates must be able to register customers, enter information and record orders through the company's application.

·         Strong communication, negotiation and customer-persuasion skills.

·         Honest, punctual, responsible and target-oriented.

·         Ability to work in the field and visit assigned markets.

·         Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

·         A valid driving licence is mandatory for male applicants.

·         Knowledge of local markets and languages will be an advantage.

 Compensation and Commission Structure

·         Sales Agents will be eligible for sales commissions in addition to any other financial benefits specified in their employment agreement.

·         A commission will be paid for every successful and approved order generated and recorded by the Sales Agent.

·         Commission will be calculated based on actual sales and orders confirmed under the company's sales policy.

·         Commission rates, payment schedules and applicable conditions will be defined separately in the company's Commission Policy or employment agreement.

·         Commission eligibility will be subject to the company's order verification and sales procedures.
