The International Assistance Mission (IAM) is an International Non-Government Organization registered in Switzerland (registration #CH-660-1239000-6) and Afghanistan (registration #001). IAM is one of the oldest NGOs in Afghanistan. IAM’s mission is to serve the people of Afghanistan through capacity building in the sectors of health and economic development.

IAM established the NOOR (National Organization for Ophthalmic Rehabilitation) Eye Care Programme in 1966 with the goal of providing high quality and affordable access to eye care to the people of Afghanistan.

Purpose of the Project

Mazar NOOR Eye Hospital is one of the NOOR program projects working in eye health care since 1994.

1. Capable in maintaining the electric equipment of the hospital.
2. Experience in plumbing and maintaining of the hospital building.
3. Experience in maintaining the generator.
4. Driving skills and license
5. Purchasing daily goods
6. Crowed controlling based on need.

• High School graduate or vocational institute
• Computer knowledge (offices and access)
• English knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skill
• Experience of repairing electrical equipment is a must.
