Internship

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is a women-led national NGO established in 2015, dedicated to empowering women, youth, and marginalized communities to build resilient and sustainable futures in Afghanistan. Guided by humanitarian principles and community-driven approaches, VDO delivers impactful humanitarian, development, and advocacy programs across multiple regions of the country.

Vision Development Organization (VDO),  invites eligible female and male candidates to apply for 100 internship opportunities designed to enhance practical skills, provide workplace experience, and support professional development. Eligible applicants, including returnees, young people who have experienced interruptions in their education, and persons with disabilities, are encouraged to apply. Each internship lasts two months, with a monthly stipend of USD 85. Interested candidates should submit their applications and required documents to interns@vdongo.org by 31 December 2026. • Minimum High School education; applicants with a bachelor's  degree will be given preference, depending on placement requirements.

• Must be currently unemployed and available for a full-time, two-month internship.

• Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Strong motivation to learn, develop professional skills, and gain practical work experience.

• Good communication, teamwork, punctuality, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.

• Willingness to work professionally with different organizations, teams, supervisors, and colleagues.

• Ability to provide educational certificates and other required supporting documents.

• Willingness to comply with VDO and host-organization policies, confidentiality, safeguarding, and workplace requirements.
