Shahykhil Moqadas Trading, Construction & Road Building is seeking qualified and experienced technical personnel for a construction project in Kabul. The company invites applications for the  position of Project Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in construction and civil engineering projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in road construction, urban infrastructure, or similar projects is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, prepare work plans, and monitor project progress.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, contract specifications, and quality control standards.
• Ability to prepare technical and progress reports and coordinate with the client, consultant, and project team.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills

General Requirements

• Verifiable educational qualifications and work experience.
• Ability to work at a construction project site in Kabul.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare technical and progress reports.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant engineering software.
• Commitment to professional standards, safety, quality, and company policies
