Enrollment Officer

Position Summary

The Admission Officer will support the promotion, facilitation, information, guidance and enrollment/admission of students for the programs offered by Kardan Center of Professional Development (KCPD). The Officer will provide prospective students with basic and requisite information, advise and direction about KCPD’s programs including ACCA, respond to inquiries, assist with enrollment and registration. He will also support marketing activities to respond to facilitate enrolment process of the prospective students.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, applied marketing skills, understanding of ACCA program, its requirements and procedure for enrolment and other details, and an academic background in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide prospective students with clear information about the KCPD programs,

·       Assist in designing an enrollment strategy for KCPD’s ACCA department,

·       Respond to inquiries received in person, by phone, email, and other official channels.

·       Support marketing and student enrollment activities, including education fairs, information sessions, presentations, and outreach to prospective students.

·       Follow up with prospective students and applicants and maintain an updated record of inquiries, applications, and admissions.

·       Assist applicants with the admission process, required documents, ACCA registration, and relevant requirements and deadlines.

·       Provide general guidance on ACCA exemptions and assist students to official ACCA resources for confirmation where necessary.

·       Coordinate with the relevant academic, admissions, finance, and communication teams to support the smooth delivery and promotion of the programs.

·       Assist with preparing promotional materials, social media content, presentations, and other related information, in coordination with the concerned team, about KCPD programs.

·       Maintain accurate student and applicant records and prepare brief periodic reports on inquiries, applications, and admissions.

·       Support student orientation and respond to routine questions from enrolled students, referring academic or technical matters to the relevant team.

·       Ensure that information shared with applicants is accurate and consistent with current laws, rules, regulations in force and ACCA requirements.

·       Guide students on ACCA-related financial matters, including payment responsibilities, reimbursement/refund procedures, required documentation, and the overall process.

·       Perform other related duties assigned by the Enrolment Manager for smooth operation of the above tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

·       Good knowledge of the ACCA qualification, including its structure, entry requirements, registration process, and career opportunities. The ability to explain the program clearly to prospective students is essential.

·       Knowledge of marketing, student recruitment and student services.

·       2-3 years relevant work experience in enrolment and/or marketing of a university, center of professional development, ACCA training academy or a CPA licensed center is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

·       Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to explain the ACCA program clearly to prospective students and their families.

·       Basic understanding of marketing and student recruitment practices.

·       Basic financial and numerical skills.

·       Good written and spoken English, Dari, and/or Pashto.

·       Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online communication platforms.

·       Good organization, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.

·       Professional attitude, honesty, teamwork, and a student-focused approach.
