Al Mostahan Construction Company is seeking a qualified and motivated Bidding Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reviewing tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents and requirements, preparing technical and financial proposals, obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations, preparing bid documents, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bidding, tendering, procurement, proposal preparation, or a similar position.
• Strong understanding of tender documents, BOQs, specifications, RFQs, and bidding procedures.
• Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Ability to collect, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience with construction projects, government tenders, NGO tenders, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
