Scope Registrar

Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 7 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Kabul, Farah, Ghor, Nimrooz, Urozgan and Badghis.

• Registering the identified beneficiaries in SCOPE/Biometrics system.
• Ensure avoiding duplication and minimize possible and potential errors beneficiary registration in SCOPE system.
• Work closely with the community based groups of the target communities for all arrangements necessary for registration process.
• Timely report of possible and potential challenges and risks
• An active participant in donor/project workshops and training.
• Ability to work long hours and during weekends and holidays.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or graduated from Information Technology (IT).
• Minimum of 3 years of extensive working experience in similar position with national and/or international NGOs (specially with WFP projects).
• Basic knowledge of English language.
• Knowledge of computer including excellent wrotting skills.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to work in harsh working conditions and in remote hard-to- reach areas.
