Coordinate water, drainage, firefighting, HVAC, heating, pumps, tanks and related mechanical systems.• Prepare/review piping, drainage, equipment, HVAC and plant-room shop drawings and calculations.
• Coordinate sleeves, floor drains, roof outlets, equipment bases, access zones and ceiling services.
• Review pumps, tanks, sanitary fixtures, piping, AC equipment, heating and firefighting material submittals.
• Plan pressure testing, flushing, disinfection, drainage tests, HVAC startup/TAB and mechanical commissioning.
• Coordinate external utilities and tie-ins with building internal systems.
• Compile test packs, as-builts, warranties and O&M data.

Bachelor degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution. Mechanical Engineering; minimum 8 years MEP building experience.

Plumbing/drainage; HVAC; pumps; firefighting; calculations; testing/commissioning; AutoCAD.
