Construction Manager

Direct all construction operations across multiple simultaneous workfronts and achieve planned productivity, quality and safe sequencing.

• Convert baseline milestones and 6-week look-ahead plans into daily/weekly field production targets.
• Plan workfront release, plant access, labor distribution, temporary works, lifting, logistics and subcontractor interfaces.
• Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP works to avoid rework and maintain correct construction sequence.
• Ensure approved drawings, materials, method statements, ITPs and permits are available before work starts.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 12 years experience including 5 years managing large multi-front construction sites.

Construction methods; resource leveling; site logistics; temporary works awareness; subcontract management; look-ahead planning; HSE leadership.

Daily/weekly production plans; workfront release records; productivity reports; physical completion and area turnover certificates.
