Barkat Educational Foundation (BEF) is a national, non-political, nonprofit, community-based organization established in Afghanistan in 2024. BEF was founded to provide free, high-quality online education to Afghan communities with limited access to in-person schooling, guided by the belief that education is essential to societal progress.

Supported by a dedicated team, BEF offers a diverse range of short- and long-term courses in languages, digital literacy, natural sciences, personal development, and income-generating skills, while respecting Afghanistan’s national and cultural values.

Beyond education, BEF is committed to promoting protection, health, capacity-building, food security, livelihood support, and emergency response. Through these efforts, BEF empowers Afghan communities with the knowledge, resilience, skills, and opportunities they need to build a brighter future.

Online Nursing Trainer

• Deliver comprehensive online lectures covering nursing fundamentals, patient care, and clinical practices.
• Design and share structured course materials, assignments, and interactive assessments.
• Provide mentorship to learners, focusing on practical skills and ethical standards in healthcare.
• Support Afghan women and youth in building confidence and competence in nursing.

Online Protis Trainer

• Conduct online sessions on dental sciences, including oral anatomy, hygiene, prosthodontics and preventive dentistry.
• Demonstrate practical techniques using digital tools and case-based learning.
• Guide learners on modern dental practices, patient safety, and community oral health awareness.
• Encourage students to apply theoretical knowledge in simulated clinical scenarios.

Online Pharmacy Trainer

• Teach pharmacy-related subjects such as pharmacology, dispensing, drug safety, and patient counseling.
• Develop structured modules with case studies and practical applications.
• Ensure learners understand international standards and ethical practices in pharmacy.
• Provide guidance on career pathways in pharmacy and healthcare.

Online Graphics Design Trainer

• Train students in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Teach principles of visual communication, branding, typography, and digital creativity.
• Assign practical projects to help learners build professional portfolios.
• Mentor students on freelancing opportunities and industry-standard practices.

Online Digital Marketing Trainer

• Deliver training on SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
• Provide hands-on projects for learners to practice campaign design and execution.
• Mentor students on freelancing, online entrepreneurship, and digital business strategies.
• Teach learners how to measure and evaluate marketing performance using modern tools.

Online AI Trainer

• Teach fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Guide learners through coding exercises using Python, TensorFlow, and other AI tools.
• Provide real-world case studies and project-based learning opportunities.
• Mentor students on career opportunities in AI and emerging technologies.

Education: Minimum High school degree (14 degree or bachelor preferred).

Experience: Prior teaching, training, or professional practice in the subject area.

Technical Skills: Ability to deliver online classes using digital platforms (Zoom & Google Meet).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English.

Teaching Ability: Capacity to design structured lessons, assignments, and assessments for remote learners.

Adaptability: Comfortable with online teaching methods and flexible to adjust to learners’ needs.

Ethics & Integrity: Commitment to BEF policies, confidentiality and respectful engagement with students.

Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with BEF staff and contribute to program development
