Job Summary

Dynomark Auto Expert LTD is seeking a talented and highly skilled Creative Designer & Social Media Specialist  to develop engaging, professional, and high-quality digital content for the company’s social media and marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content creation, graphic design, professional video editing, motion graphics, and video animation, with the ability to transform marketing ideas, automotive services, and promotional concepts into compelling visual stories.

The position will also contribute the management and growth of Dynomark’s social media presence by planning content, producing platform-specific materials, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar in coordination with the Marketing/Commercial team.
• Produce creative concepts for promotional campaigns, service awareness, educational content, customer engagement, and brand-building activities.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, advertisements, campaigns, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Shoot, edit, and produce professional short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate use.
• Create motion graphics, 2D animations, animated advertisements, video titles, transitions, intros/outros, animated logos, and promotional videos.
• Convert raw video footage into polished and engaging content through professional editing, pacing, storytelling, transitions, text, visual effects, sound effects, and music synchronization.
• Develop Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos, customer testimonials, educational videos, vehicle inspection demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Take or coordinate high-quality photographs and videos of company services, events, employees, customers, and promotional activities.
• Write or support the preparation of captions, headlines, short scripts, video concepts, and other social-media content.
• Publish and schedule approved content across the company’s social-media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, reach, views, and content performance and provide periodic reports.
• Identify social-media trends and recommend creative content opportunities relevant to the company and automotive industry.
• Ensure all visual and digital content follows Dynomark’s brand identity, visual standards, tone, and communication guidelines.
• Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, edited videos, photographs, design files, templates, and other multimedia assets.
• Coordinate with the Marketing/Commercial team and other departments to gather information and produce required content.
• Handle multiple creative assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

The candidate should demonstrate strong professional proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro – professional video editing and production
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and animated advertisements
• Adobe Photoshop – graphic design and photo editing
• Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics and branding materials
• Social-media video formats, including Reels, Shorts and vertical videos
• Video cutting, pacing, storytelling, transitions, subtitles, text animation, and visual effects
• Audio editing and synchronization
• Typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Photography and videography fundamentals
• Content optimization for different digital and social-media platforms

Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, CapCut, or similar creative tools would be an advantage.

Social Media Skills

• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms.
• Ability to develop engaging social-media content appropriate for different audiences.
• Understanding of content calendars, post scheduling, audience engagement, hashtags, trends, and platform-specific content.
• Basic understanding of social-media analytics and performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, and follower growth.
• Ability to identify trends and quickly convert them into relevant branded content.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Media, Communication, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia content production, graphic design, video editing, animation, or social-media content creation.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic design, and social-media content is essential.
• Strong proficiency in English, Dari and Pashto.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently develop a concept from idea to final published content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing and management teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Experience in automotive content creation, commercial advertising, videography, photography, digital marketing, or managing corporate social-media pages would be considered an advantage.
