Marketing Officer

Afghan Bus is an innovative transportation platform in Afghanistan that connects passengers with bus operators through an easy-to-use online booking system. The platform enables travelers to search routes, compare schedules, reserve seats, and purchase tickets conveniently. Afghan Bus aims to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of intercity travel while supporting transport companies with modern digital solutions and efficient customer service.

Afghan Bus is seeking motivated, creative, and committed individuals to join its team as a Marketing Officer to support the expansion of its services and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market Afghan Bus services to customers, companies, and public and private institutions.
• Identify and attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Plan and implement promotional activities marketing campaigns, both in-person and through digital platforms.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide effective marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities.
• Work closely with the management and other team members to achieve the company's goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work when required.
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto is required; proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
