Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

Ghyasi Group of Companies is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Kabul office. The selected candidate will be responsible for all graphic design work, photography, and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, has a good eye for visual content, and is eager to grow professionally within a well-established organization.

•        Design company materials such as ID cards, banners, brochures, business cards, letterheads, and company profiles

•        Ensure all design work is consistent with Ghyasi Group’s brand identity and professional standards

•        Take photos for company events, staff, facilities, and other organizational needs

•        Edit and retouch photos for use on social media, print, and official documents

•        Create, Manage and regularly update Ghyasi Group’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts.

•        Run basic paid promotion and boosting campaigns on social media platforms

•        Monitor social media performance and report results to management

•        Maintain an organized digital archive of all design files, photos, and media assets

•        Carry out any other design or media tasks assigned by management

Education

•        Diploma, certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, IT, or a related field

•        Candidates without a formal degree but with strong practical skills and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply

Experience

•        Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management

•        Fresh graduates with strong skills and a good portfolio may also be considered

Technical Skills

•        Adobe Photoshop — intermediate to advanced level

•        Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW — intermediate level

•        Basic photography skills using a DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile camera

•        Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram content creation and basic boosting

•        Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
