Business Analyst

Job Purpose:

To analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

ü  Conduct stakeholder meetings.

ü  Gather and document business requirements.

ü  Prepare BRDs and Functional Specifications.

Business Process Analysis:

ü  Analyze current business processes.

ü  Identify gaps and recommend improvements.

ü  Develop process flow diagrams.

Solution Design:

ü  Collaborate with development teams.

ü  Validate functional solutions.

ü  Ensure business requirements are implemented accurately.

Testing Support:

ü  Prepare UAT scenarios.

ü  Coordinate business testing.

ü  Validate production deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Business Analysis certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
