MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2G/3G/LTE CS & PS Benchmark drive testing for all the operators, anylysis and reporting
• Visit customer complaints do 2G/3G CS/PS drive test and propose suitable solution in field
• Site audit – climbing on tower to check tilt and azimuths
• Record Log files, recording filed issues and site/cells blockage
• Post Processing of Drive test, identification of  coverage holes, bad quality patches, low throughput patches, pilot pollution patches, feeder swap, Ping-point HO, Missing Neighbors, Adjacent frequencies, Co-channel frequencies, HSN, PSC, overshooting cells, interferences,
• 2G/3G CS/PS Drive test for the Antenna swap sites/Cells
• 2G/3G CS/PS Drive testing for the major activities in the network such as: BSC/RNC 2G/3G sites Re-homing, LAC Changes
• G/3G CS/PS Drive testing for the new features application
• 2G/3G CS/PS Drive testing for the new sites as Health check

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

University degree. Preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineer or Telecom Engineering with good communication skills & knowledge of telecom

EXPERINCES:-  

More than 3 years of experience in field of Telecommunication

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:-

 Mapinfo, Google Earth, TEMS (TEMS packet, TEMS Investigation TEMS Discovery), U2020, NetNumen, PRS,

IT KNOWLEDGE

Operating computer application i.e. Ms windows  Windows XP & Ms  Office
