About AYEO

The Afghan Youth Empowerment Organization (AYEO) is a registered, non-profit, and non-political organization established in 2014 under the guiding principle, “committed to serving humanity.” Since its establishment, AYEO has been working to promote inclusive development, enhance access to essential services, and empower youth across Afghanistan. The organization’s core areas of intervention include protection, emergency support, civic and civil services, long-term economic growth and livelihood programs, and development initiatives targeting marginalized and vulnerable communities.

AYEO firmly believes that sustainable social and economic progress can only be achieved when communities are actively engaged, socially empowered, and economically resilient. To this end, the organization adopts a community-driven, rights-based, and inclusive approach in the design and implementation of its programs, ensuring that all interventions are responsive to local needs while aligned with national development priorities and humanitarian principles.
