Community Mobilizer

Job Summary:

The job will involve a large amount of field work and significant amount of paper and desk work including extensive travels to the field level. The community mobilizers will have to complete the community level project participants selection as per given deadline.

The Community Mobilizers are expected to provide technical facilitation of the community mobilization in the targeted project area in Badghis (Ghormach districts). The community mobilizers will work with the local people, communities and partner NGOs from identification of emergency interventions and implementation of projects. He will work with communities to ensure community people can easily attend to the community level gathering. 

Qualifications and Experience:

For the position of Community Mobilizer requires a minimum of Grade 14 education or a certificate in Animal Husbandry or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience in community mobilization.
