Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist

Ghyasi Group of Companies is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist to join its Kabul office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality marketing and corporate materials, producing professional photos and videos, managing the company’s social media platforms, and strengthening the organization’s visual identity across all business sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, experience in digital media and content creation, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a professional environment.

Graphic Design

•        Design professional materials including ID cards, letterheads, banners, brochures, and company profiles

•        Develop marketing materials for print and digital use across all Ghyasi Group subsidiaries

•        Ensure all designs are aligned with Ghyasi Group’s brand identity and visual standards

•        Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors as needed

Video & Photo Production

•        Plan, shoot, and edit professional corporate videos, promotional clips, and event coverage

•        Conduct in-house photography for staff, facilities, products, and company events

•        Edit and retouch photos for both digital and print use

•        Maintain an organized archive of all media assets

Digital & Social Media

•        Manage and grow Ghyasi Group’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

•        Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on a regular basis

•        Run and manage paid advertising and boost campaigns on social media platforms

•        Monitor performance analytics and report on reach, engagement, and campaign results

•        Gradually take on broader marketing responsibilities as the role evolves

Education

•        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

•        Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio may substitute for formal degree

Experience

•        Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or digital media

•        Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation

Technical Skills — Required

•        Adobe Photoshop — advanced level

•        Adobe Illustrator or InDesign — advanced level

•        Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software

•        Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) — preferred

•        Photography skills with DSLR or mirrorless camera

•        Social media advertising — Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Boost

•    Familiarity with AI.
