Job Purpose:
This is a senior position, which oversees and manages International Medical Corps Afghanistan’s human resources functions including filing of HR documents, preparing of staff payroll, employment contract, change of status forms, updating of salary scale, interpretation of HR manual, update of policies and procedures, training/ orientation of new hires, staff development and capacity building activities, HR and administration of regional and project offices, facilitate the communication between regional and project officer and Kabul office and stay abreast with local labor law practices and coordinate with legal counsel on matters related to staff issues.
