Job Description

  • Manage project budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow in compliance with UNDP rules.
  • Process payments, maintain financial records, and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Handle procurement, logistics, and asset management.
  • Support HR administration (timesheets, contracts, leave tracking).
  • Ensure that overhead costs do not exceed 15% of the total budget.
  • Liaise with UNDP on financial audits and reporting.
