• Ensures the VAS strategy is aligned with the marketing strategy.
• Ensures effective utilization of the given budgets and make optimizes utilization.
• Develops & manages the company VAS for offering through development, enhancement, and marketing.
• Develops pricing strategies that maximize sales and retention while enhancing margins.
• Manages Etisalat Afghanistan VAS for offering through development, enhancement, and marketing to ensure long-term competitiveness and profitability.
• Develops the VAS with respective to enhance profitability and revenue.
• Develops pricing strategies that maximize sales and retention while enhancing margins.
• Responsible for evaluation and report on product performance with analysis of opportunities and recommendations for improvements.
• Manages Etisalat Afghanistan Digital Services to ensure long-term competitiveness and profitability.
• Develops value-added services based on market data to minimize churn and enhance ARPU.
• Collaborates closely with technical VAS and Billing teams to ensure effective services and billing, for enhanced profitability and revenue.
• Coordinates with the procurement department for all VAS-related contracts.
• Responsible for handling the VAS services complaints with the customer care department.
• Any other assigned tasks by the line manager.
Bachelor of Business Administration with seven years of relevant experience
