Duties & Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align strategies.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Required knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari both written and spoken.
• Have required analytical and arithmetic abilities for prognostication and calculations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Able to work effectively during work hours and under pressure.
• Honest, active and well mannered.
