Job Description
Job Summary:
The Enrollment Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to create, manage and assess Kardan University’s enrollment goals. The candidate must possess high energy, flexibility, coping with change and strong dedication towards student success. The candidate will be responsible for daily interaction with new students and their families both in person and over the telephone. He will work with a dynamic team focusing on increased enrollment process management and exceptional customer service strategies. The candidate will maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the university’s academic programs, services and strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and deliver results-oriented admission campaigns in coordination with the University relevant offices' including the vice chancellor's office, faculty deans, academic administrators, and communication department.
- Conduct Kardan University's entry test in a professional manner and in accordance with Ministry of Higher Education rules and regulations.
- Manage, progressively process and maintain applications through the initial application phase to enrollment.
- Prepare strategic enrollment management strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare strategic enrollment management plan for the University on a semester and annual basis.
- Liaison with registrar regarding registration of new students and Ministry of Higher Education's relevant procedures
- Communicate registration and enrollment updates with University Leadership and academic teams through quality reports.
- Build and manage relationships with University stakeholders, parents, and students.
- Improve enrollment database and system in coordination with management information system department.
- Maintain and update the enrollment website and social media pages.
- Develop and supervise enrollment team towards the achievement of the individual as well as group targets.
- Ensure that the team planning and reporting efforts are coordinated and delivered in a timely fashion to the university leadership.
- Use general, phone, and interview observations and coach the enrollment officers to enhance their skills and customer service experience
- Conduct specific assessments and survey with prospective students to improve the enrollment process.
- Enhance coordination and collaboration customer survey process within enrollment office across University
- Maintain and archive data of student enrollment
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in customer relations, enrollment or related field.
- Proficient in University enrollment and registration systems
- Ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments.
- Strong organizational, conceptual, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and national languages.
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team and independently.
- Familiarity of higher education systems, enrollment planning, entry test, and communication approaches.
