Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Development Projects Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on development interventions, conducting needs assessments, and supporting resource mobilization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and implementation of development projects
- Conduct field visits and prepare monitoring reports
- Develop project proposals and budgets
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Charity policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- 3–5 years’ experience in development or humanitarian projects
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Strong reporting and coordination skills
