Job Description
- Distribute food commodities or cash entitlements to beneficiaries according to approved lists and WFP procedures
- Verify beneficiary identity using SCOPE cards or documentation
- Ensure accurate ration measurement and fair distribution
- Record distribution details and obtain beneficiary signatures or biometric verification
- Support crowd management and ensure orderly distribution processes
- Report discrepancies, complaints, or protection concerns
- Assist in post-distribution reconciliation activities
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or High School.
Work Experience:
- 1+ Experience in distributions
IT Skills:
- Basic knowledge of (Word, Excel)
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of Dari or Pashto.
Other Competencies & Attitude:
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
- Cultural, gender, and age sensitivity; adaptable to diverse environments.
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
