Job Description

  • Distribute food commodities or cash entitlements to beneficiaries according to approved lists and WFP procedures
  • Verify beneficiary identity using SCOPE cards or documentation
  • Ensure accurate ration measurement and fair distribution
  • Record distribution details and obtain beneficiary signatures or biometric verification
  • Support crowd management and ensure orderly distribution processes
  • Report discrepancies, complaints, or protection concerns
  • Assist in post-distribution reconciliation activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or High School.

Work Experience:

  • 1+ Experience in distributions

IT Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of (Word, Excel)

Language Skills:

  • Knowledge of Dari or Pashto.

Other Competencies & Attitude:

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
  • Cultural, gender, and age sensitivity; adaptable to diverse environments.
  • Positive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
