Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accounts & IT Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate data records, and providing IT support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily financial records (sales, purchases, expenses)

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare basic financial reports (weekly/monthly)

Enter and update data in company database/system accurately

Maintain proper filing of financial and business documents

Monitor inventory records (if applicable)
IT Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company computers and systems

Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

Ensure data backup and data security

Support staff in using accounting software and systems

Maintain and update databases and digital records
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Quickbooks and accounting software
- Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
