Job Description
Main Duties
Solving user hardware and software problems in respective TLCs.
Performs and coordinates routine troubleshooting for running hardware systems, i.e., LAN, Windows-based computers, and printers.
Hardware maintenance & troubleshooting, installation & maintenance of software used in a branch office
Internal & mail system maintenance and comprehensive IT support to end users.
Recharging the modems and cabling, Making a new database for staff information
Finding solutions to problems of hardware and software programs and devices.
Updating the database, which is related to users' information.
Support and participate in information exchange and coordination mechanisms with partners and relevant information systems.
Prepare and disseminate technical reports and maintain the server system update.
Strong follow-up with related departments for on-time data entry and sharing with the central office.
Data quality assurance checks on a routine basis to check that the data is accurate and as per the project standards and norms.
Monitor and report on the implementation of various network construction, internet-service provision, and end-user support contracts;
Obtain and compare price quotes, investigate market capacity, and research locally available and locally supportable solutions to a wide range of IT problems.
Provide technical assistance to staff and counterparts, including the preparation and effective use of presentation technologies, establishing, maintaining, and monitoring effective filing systems, and establishing appropriate file sharing procedures.
Assist the procurement team in purchasing appliances/equipment for the office and projects as per the deadline.
Collect information regarding the various purchasing of equipment for the project and keep the record accurately.
Prepare the record of company assets/assets list inventory and update it periodically and make sure all the company assets are coded and the inventory list is updated as per company policy.

Job Requirements
Proven working experience as IT&Admin Manager
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with IT metrics
Knowledge of IT systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Degree in Computer Science BCS (IT) or related field.
Proficiency in Information Technology (IT)
