Job Description
The general manager for the restaurant is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant.
- Ensure hygiene of Staff, kitchen and overall restaurant
- daily monitoring of the restaurant operations.
- Establishing welcome protocols for guests. Accommodating bookings.
- Establishing cost control mechanisms and bringing efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with Chefs, Kitchen staff and Halls staff for better management.
- Ensure quality of food and international standard
- Keep record of staff performance and provide on the job training to staff members.
Job Requirements
10 Years Experience in restaurant management. Ability to speak English, Dari and Pashto. Well Dressed and Professional
