Job Description
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to assigned location on short notice as per operational requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently within the defined timeframe and location.
- Support ongoing operations, campaigns, and urgent field activities as directed.
- Maintain readiness for multi-location and multi-task assignments.
- Promote digital payment services to individuals, merchants, and businesses.
- Assist in customer registration, account creation, and activation.
- Support sales and onboarding activities to increase user base.
- Educate customers on usage, benefits, and transaction processes.
- Assist in cash distribution activities under supervision.
- Support m-Hawala transaction processes where assigned.
- Handle cash strictly as per company procedures and instructions.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution of assigned financial tasks.
- Participate in on-ground campaigns, promotions, and awareness drives.
- Distribute marketing materials and support brand visibility efforts.
- Engage with customers to generate interest and drive service usage.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and instructions without deviation.
- Ensure accuracy, honesty, and transparency in all assigned tasks.
- Avoid any unauthorized commitments or actions on behalf of the company.
- Maintain professional behavior in all interactions.
- Report completion of assigned tasks to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding activities performed.
- Ensure that all assigned work is verifiable and properly executed.
- Be accountable for any assigned materials, cash, or equipment.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors or coordinators.
- Immediately report any issues, delays, or challenges in the field.
- Follow instructions strictly and seek clarification when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum High School education
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Prior field, sales, or cash handling experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in field conditions
