Public Relations Officer

Organization Promoting Transparency, Integrity and Quality (OPTIQ) is a local non-governmental organization committed to strengthening communities through the promotion of transparency, integrity, and quality service delivery.

The organization primarily works in the education sector, with a strong focus on providing mother tongue–based education, particularly for minority language communities. Through its programs, OPTIQ aims to improve access to inclusive and quality education, ensuring that children from diverse linguistic backgrounds have better learning opportunities.

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s public image, communication with stakeholders, media, and the wider community, as well as preparing, delivering, and processing reports with relevant government ministries.
