Organization Promoting Transparency, Integrity and Quality (OPTIQ) is a local non-governmental organization committed to strengthening communities through the promotion of transparency, integrity, and quality service delivery.

The organization primarily works in the education sector, with a strong focus on providing mother tongue–based education, particularly for minority language communities. Through its programs, OPTIQ aims to improve access to inclusive and quality education, ensuring that children from diverse linguistic backgrounds have better learning opportunities.

OPTIQ collaborates with government institutions, donors, and local communities to implement sustainable projects that support education, capacity building, and community development

The Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization’s premises, staff, and assets. Guards play a critical role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for all personnel and visitors.

• Prior experience in security or guard services is preferred

• Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures

• Ability to remain vigilant and respond calmly in emergencies

• Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties

• Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and management

• Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto.
