Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in training delivery, education, or capacity building is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, business development, or professional services
• Experience working with capacity building, taxation, financial and audit companies are preferred.
