The Khadijah Project is a protection, economic reintegration, and private sector development initiative, operating under People Empathy House Organization (PEHO), a Non-Governmental Organization. PEHO’s mission is to serve people and contribute to Afghanistan’s rehabilitation. The Khadijah Project is currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support organizational growth and day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Duties:
To facilitate seamless executive operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and executing administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality as an Executive Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and organizing files.
• Efficiently handle and prioritize information flow, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions.
• Proactively identify and address challenges, solving problems independently or collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support and contribute to special projects, research, and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
• Track and manage executive expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance overall office efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of work experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Female.
