Job Descriptions:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Requirements:

Own the development and communication of the plan and forecast, financial reporting, operational analysis and executive reviews for Actuals, Business Plans, Commitment Views and Outlooks.

Interpret and evaluate monthly and weekly analyses of business trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations.

Serve as a functional expert to our program and business clients to provide strategic guidance and insights during the analysis process as well as to define and execute action plans.

Responsible for the coordination and management of sales process across the segments and Business Bank. Responsible for refining processes, focused on consistent sales leadership behaviors.

Works with segment leaders on sales process strategy and business focuses.

Manages and coordinates analysis around strategy related to delivery channels and sales positions efficiencies. Defines and measure metrics around most efficient sales activities per job family and delivery channel.

Drives effectiveness of sales tools and processes with input around needed functionality. Identifies training opportunities and partners with Learning and Leader Development to build solutions.

Works with business segments and support groups on development and execution of contests/campaigns.

Support the executives of Segment in identifying, developing, and executing key strategic programs that will maximize revenue within the segment.

Develop and define tactical sales plans for the segment and drive action by collaboratively working with a network of peers in a highly matrixed organization.

Highly collaborative with the other product teams to break down silos and create cohesive renewal strategies across all solutions sold into the market.

Support Sales with contract proposal development and pricing approvals

Gain competitive insights, with data collection from the sales team and review of competitor’s go-to-market strategy. Make recommendations on how we can win by assisting in pricing strategy development.

Maintain understanding of all product offerings and their value proposition in the market to ensure pricing and renewal strategies maximize our product portfolio penetration.

Conduct data analysis on product revenue trends and customer utilization to identify potential revenue risks.

Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing the acquisition, cross-sell, growth, and retention strategies for up and mid-segment customers, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience.

Provide thought leadership by identifying new/additional analytics that would support the segment with the achievement of its business objectives.
• Work with cross functional teams (e. g. Finance, Marketing, Operations) to assess the impacts of new and existing programs and market changes.
• Provide daily, weekly monthly and quarterly reports and presentation to present the segment statues to all stakeholders,
• Meeting with 7 to 10 potential customers daily and send out the minutes of the meetings to customers.

Job Requirements:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCES:
• More than 5 years of work experience in Telecommunication companies or reputable ISP on sales departments is required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
• Having advance computer knowledge, (MS Office, internet & Emails)
• Having strong computer skills on power point & Excel
• Fluent National Languages (Dari & Pashto)
• Fluent in English Language
• Advance knowledge in preparing presentation.
IT KNOWLEDGE:
• Advance knowledge of IT
