We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both frontend and backend development, building scalable solutions, and working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend components of web applications
• Build custom features, modules, and integrations based on business requirements
• Design and work with databases and server-side logic
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Customize and extend WordPress through custom themes and plugins when required
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of web platforms
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to deliver effective digital solutions.
• Assist in daily IT requirements and coordination’s upon request.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
• Strong experience with WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development
• Understanding of REST APIs, security best practices, and performance optimization
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines

Computer knowledge, filing and fundamental of database understanding Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto essential and as well as having good interpersonal skills Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, proactive with good problem-solving skills, has the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people
