Warehouse Assistant

• Should manage the entire warehouse, Stocks, Stock Capacity and Movement.
• Should do the stock management based on FIFO system
• Manage and control the stocks sort, order, categorization and accountability.
• Responsible for warehouse shortages and damages.
• Controlling and supervising the related loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Should be able to avoid the warehouse damages and shortages. Also, should provide safety and security for all stocks, staff and machines.
• Receive Intransit shipments and allocate spaces according to SKUs received.
• Following the Logistics and office procedures on his daily activities.
• Overview and check daily loading and unloading process along with documentation according to system.
• Take care of all official Sources. And responsible for stocks Ful- In or Return, repacking, controlling the damages and shortages.
• Following the “Best Before Date” and stocks shelf-life system with timely reporting.
• Take care of cleaning and other issues. Conducting weekly, monthly and annually stocks physical counts along with system reconciliation.
• Follow the required systemization, documentation, filing, recording and data entering.
• Be able to work on OFF days, Holidays and over time.
• Any other assignment given by his supervisor.
• Perform any other official tasks if assigned by Branch Manager.

At least high school graduation is required while Bachelor will be preferable.
Experience: At least Three years relevant experience from any industrial companies .
