Job Description

 

  • Technical Leadership: Develop and refine MEAL tools, guidelines, and methodologies.
  • Evaluation and Research: Lead complex evaluations, baseline/end line surveys, and impact studies.
  • Capacity Building: Mentor MEAL staff and program teams on advanced MEAL concepts and practices.
  • Cross-cutting Themes: Ensure gender, social inclusion, and protection principles are integrated into MEAL activities.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Learning and Adaptation: Facilitate learning sessions to improve project outcomes.
  • Donor Liaison: Support donor reporting and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Documentation: Produce high-quality technical reports, briefs, and publications.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of MEAL experience, with a track record of leadership in international NGOs.
  • Expertise in mixed methods research, impact evaluation, and participatory approaches.
  • Experience in integrating gender and inclusion in MEAL frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
