VDO is an independent, non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization established in January 07, 2015. VDO ‘s efforts focus on changing mentalities and attitudes about women’s participation and contribution in the society. Not only, it also focuses on economic development, advocacy, research and girl’s education.

• Guard and monitor project office premises, entrances, and surrounding areas.
• Control access of visitors, staff, and vehicles to the office premises.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following organizational procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities in case of security threats or emergencies.
• Support staff in implementing safety and emergency procedures.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Project manager, as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in security services, preferably in NGO or office settings.
• Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.
• Physically fit, vigilant, and able to handle emergency situations.

Deliverables:

• Daily security logs and incident reports.
• Secure office premises with no loss or damage of assets.
• Prompt response to any security threats or emergencies.
