Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement MEAL tools, templates, and data collection methods.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from the field.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with work plans, standards, and donor requirements.
  • Support staff in data collection, reporting, and learning processes.
  • Prepare regular MEAL reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal and donor use.
  • Ensure accountability mechanisms are in place for beneficiaries, including feedback and complaint systems.
  • Facilitate learning workshops and provide recommendations for program improvement.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Project manager, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning in NGO projects.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Knowledge of participatory monitoring and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with data collection tools, databases, and reporting software.

Deliverables:

  • MEAL tools, templates, and guidelines for data collection.
  • Regular monitoring reports and dashboards.
  • Beneficiary feedback and accountability reports.
  • Evidence-based recommendations to improve program implementation and impact.
