• Assists and supports SM in building strong business relationship ties with the existing roaming partnerships.

• Prospect and manage new international tie-ups.

• Proactively study market and develop roaming products with product management.

• Manage relationships for roaming replicator/hub services.

• Manage and update records.

• Provide assistance to SM in managing international roaming agreements.

• Roaming test SIM cards management.

• Continuous International roaming coordination with foreign bodies for the provision of quality services.

• Work closely with relevant departments in monitoring fraud reports to limit/control the level of fraud.

• Roaming traffic studies, transit traffic and traffic quota allocation to multi carrier in a country.

• Responsible to launch commercial GSM, GPRS, 3G

• Send/receive proposal for Roaming partners, follow up and send reminders to make RP ready for signing IRA.

• 3)review Roaming Agreement(AA13/12) follow up with Legal, and take management signatory.

• Dealing with RP for documents exchange (IR21, AA14, IR24, IR32, IR35, IR38)

• Send/receive SIM cards to/from RP and follow up

• Follow up with related department for SIM activation, assign balance and credit limit.

• contact and follow up with marketing for preparing concept note

• Contact Signaling provider for applying C7.

• Contact EDCH for test agreement configuration.

• Contact IT for test agreement configuration

• Contact IT billing for Rate configuration.

• Schedule for IREG test.

• Follow up with technical team to complete test Documents.

• Follow Up with IT for TAP files generation

• Follow up with RA for TAP validation.

• Send /receive TCC and CLL. For GSM, GPRS, 3G and LTE

• Troubleshooting and test scheduling

• deal with roaming partners to launch LTE services

• contact roaming partners for IOT discount, review the discount agreement, communicate with IT and EDCH for implementing the discount rate.

• checking & monitoring daily, weekly, monthly roaming revenue and cost.

• updating Roaming dashboard, and PPT presentaions.

• reporting inbound roaming TAX to finance.

• preparing roaming in & out budgets.

• Payments follow ups & Collection.
