Job Description
- Summary of Key Functions
The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to support program team at CO and Provinces on the areas associated with communication, coordination, reporting, procurement, HR and gender related issues.
Key relations
- Reports to: Project Manager
- Coordinate with: Deputy project managers, provincial project supervisors, field supervisors, HR, Admin, finance, procurement and program departments
- Duty Locations: Kabul main officer
- Key Results Expected
- Lead coordination among field offices and country office departments to ensure timely support to provincial team.
- Maintain close coordination between field teams of different provinces for good experience sharing, learning and applying unified approach in the implementation of various project activities.
- Work closely with communication team to support in collection of field information for producing high quality human interest stories, success stories, case stories, video clips and photos with caption.
- Prepare purchase request (PR) and raise PR for the procurement of project materials for CO and provinces.
- Working closely with provincial procurement and logistic assistant to ensure timely delivery of materials, preparing GRN, expenses recording in the system and proper documentation of procurement and financial transaction related procedures.
- Support CO and Provincial team on preparing and delivering training packages, leaflets, brochures, booklets and other required materials for the training and communication
- Receive, analyse and consolidate field weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and provide feedback for the improvement and enrichment of field reports.
- Work closely with gender department and provincial GBV officers to ensure GBV related interventions and women empowerment activities carried out on timely manner.
- Follow up with provinces on weekly reporting and weekly planning and provide brief of weekly progress and plan to project manager and deputy project managers.
- Organizing weekly meeting with provincial team and follow up of action points and agenda of the meeting with relevant provincial office and CO departments.

- Demonstrates good knowledge of information technology and applies it in work assignments,

Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in economics, business administration, computer science, social science or any other relevant field
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Communication, Coordination, Administration, Procurement/Logistics, data management, report writing, planning and MIS in international NGOs or Government organizations.
Languages Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English Dari and/or Pashto languages.
