Job Descriptions:

PARSA’s title TABN Business Coach is a full-time position that will work with beneficiaries according to guidelines provided by the TABN program under the overall guidance of the Trade Afghan Program Director. The TABN Business Coach will visit business or home locations and being able to travel freely will be a necessity.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. Essential job duties include the following:

  • Providing support to TABN applicants and members according to TABN Program guidelines.
  • Guiding TABN members through process of achieving milestones set forth in individualized work plans.
  • Providing TABN Coordinator with beneficiary’s attendance and progress reports weekly
  • Referring TABN members who are not meeting their commitments to their designated leadership mentor.
  • Reporting on weekly base and record keeping
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to professionally represent Trade Afghan Business Network
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to translate written and verbal communications
  • Ability to travel without restrictions

EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree in related discipline, Master Degree preferred.
  •  4 years of related experience 

LANGUAGE SKILLS, MATHEMATICAL SKILLS AND REASONING ABILITY

  • High level of Computer, research skills and database creation/management
  • Excellent English Language Skills, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Understanding
