Afg-Chin Oil and Gas Limited is a company that collaborates with the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan. They are involved in oilfield exploration, development, production, and surface engineering construction in northern Afghanistan. The company operates under an Exploration and Production Sharing Contract (EPSC) signed in January 2023.
Job Description:
1. Lead salary-related work: optimize attendance and salary and welfare systems;
2. Attendance management, including attendance equipment maintenance, downloading and statistics of monthly attendance records, verification and confirmation of employee leave forms, card replacement forms, vacation forms, travel forms, etc.; handling of employee attendance exceptions, handling of working hours exceptions, real-time update of the accurate number of employees, employee changes;On-site inspection of the attendance of employees;Verification and summary of the monthly attendance of various departments of the company at the oil field site;
3. Comprehensive accounting of employee monthly salary and benefits, bonuses and fines, overtime allowances, absence deductions, etc., and submission of reports to HR manager and finance department;
4. Other work assigned by the leaders.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR work, at least 2 years of work experience in the salary sector; Have experience of Attendance management

• Proficiency in Salary system and attendance management
• Familiarity with local labor laws.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in the use of office software
Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Proficiency in local languages is required for managing interactions within the local operational context.
