ASCC is Established in 2004 and have Experience 21 years in Building & Road Project, etc.   

• Minimum B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering. Higher degree will be preferred.

•  Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

•  Experience in laboratory testing of materials
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office package,  engineering software’s;
• Excellent writing and spoken Dari, Pashto and English are an asset;
• Good management and organization skill;
• Good communication skills

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage and organize the tasks and prepare detailed work plan (Weekly, Monthly and Annual)
• To keep the national and international engineering standards design and implementation of projects
• Make efficient use of modern technology during onsite construction work.
• Ability to design the structures independently and be able to work as a member of technical design team Ability to communicate the technical issues with the relevant parties in order to resolve the problems created during construction
• Perform Risk analysis on projects including structural option selection, economic viability, and environmental criteria.
• Drawing / CAD drafting ability.
