SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO which, for more than 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs for food, water and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the first cause of death in the world, SI's interventions provide expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion, but also in the essential area of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty-five countries, SI's teams – more than 2400 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and a few volunteers - work with professionalism and commitment while respecting culture.

MISSION / OBJECTIVES
Under the supervision of the MEAL Activity Manager, the MEL & FCRM Officer is in charge of the overall day to day management of the SI Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism and the monitoring of the activities’ implementation. The FCRM and MEL officer will oversee the processing and translation of all feedback and complaints received through the Mechanisms and support the MEAL Activity Manager in training and following up with the roll out of the mechanism at Base level and providing the monthly reports on the receipt of feedback / complaints and manage the base’s FCRM database along with participating in MEL activities, collecting data and provides evidences of the program’s progress and achievements.
The FCRM and MEL Officer will ensure coherent and timely response to feedback and complaints from project stakeholders, will also report and help to improve SI accountability toward affected population.

Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Education, Demography, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in MEAL or in managing of feedback and complaints response mechanism for Humanitarian/developmental organizations.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Pashto / Dari (speaking and writing).Proficiency in Balochi is desirable.
