Engaged in the supply of medicine and medical consumables.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The supply coordinator will be responsible for the overall contracts management and will have to coordinate the activities in the department.
• Manage all the filling system and prepare reports regarding the progress of ongoing projects.
• He will also be responsible to reconcile the project with clients and warehouse to ensure that all the goods are delivered safely.
• Supply coordinator will be responsible for quotations, invoices, reconciliation of the projects and be able to visit clients as well as fields.
• Responsible for overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes and activities undertaken to achieve timely supplies to complete the project on its stipulated time period.
• Properly coordinate the activities of the department, warehouse and the provincial staff.
• Apply all policies and rule/regulation in all official activities.
• Ensure that all the projects are going with the policy of agreement.
• Daily report to senior management regarding the progress of the projects.
• Ensure that project reports are prepared properly and submitted timely.
• Actively participate with clients and warehouse to solve the issues regarding the projects.
• Coordinate with procurement manager and agencies for timely supply.
• Direct coordination with provincial colleagues regarding supply requirements of the project.
• Direct coordination with provincial colleagues regarding supply requirements of the project.
• Coordination with warehouse for item availability and project on time delivery.
• Responsible for all internal and external email communication of department.
• Responsible for quotation pricing and finalizing the prices of quotation with top management.
• Responsible for reporting/ approval of department employee’s attendance.
• Responsible for coordination and control of provincial officers in the area.
• Responsible for controlling the provincial and transport expenses of colleagues.

• Perform any other task as required.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree is required- BBA. Master degree or ACCA qualification are highly preferred.
• Computer literacy- Knowledge of Ms Office Package is must.
• Ability to communicate in English, Dari and Pashto
• Knowledge of computer program MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and ability to use internet.
• Able to work in the fast pace environment.
• Ability to work under pressure for long hours.
• Have work experience in finance and contracts management.
