The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology operations and ensuring that IT systems support the organization’s goals. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing IT-related activities while ensuring systems are efficient, secure, and scalable.
Develop and implement the Moraa Educational Complex. IT strategy in alignment with complex objectives.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and staff.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend new technologies.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
Manage the installation and configuration of IT systems, including troubleshooting.
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement solutions to minimize vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Act as the primary liaison between IT and other departments to address complex needs.
Communicate IT strategies and progress to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, (Master’s preferred).
3years of experience in IT management or a similar role
